Following the theme “majestic flagship”, the Alphard boasts of a stately and high-class exterior with its V-shaped character lines, large chrome-accented front grille and dominating three-dimensional headlamps. The sides of the vehicle present a solid design expressed through its high-nose monoform silhouette and outward-thrusting surfaces starting from the front pillar to its rear window lines.
The Alphard features dynamic projector-type HID headlamps with intelligent Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) and luxuriously integrated rear combination lamps. Front wipers are equipped with automatic raindrop-sensing and time adjustable intermittent function, while the rear wiper operates in a downward motion and is concealed in the rear spoiler when not in use. DRIVING PERFORMANCE
The Alphard is powered by 2AZ-FE 2.4L VVT-I engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. It produces a maximum output of 167Hp at 6,000rpm with 227Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. For its suspension system, it is equipped with MacPherson Strut with Stabilizer and Torsion beam type rear suspension. Furthermore, to accentuate its elegant exterior, the Alphard is fitted with 6-spoke 16” alloy wheels.
